Standalone Inverter/Charger
The RS Smart Solar inverter is a combination of a powerful 48VDC, 6kVA / 230VAC inverter and a high-voltage solar charger, 80–450VDC, 4kW MPPT — ideal for use in off-grid systems where AC power is required. Thanks to its modern design and high-frequency technology, the inverter weighs only 11 kg and offers excellent efficiency, low standby consumption, and very quiet operation.
Combination of an inverter, a bi-directional DC-DC converter and MPPT
The built-in inverter produces a pure sine wave and can power high-consumption devices. It is powered by the integrated bi-directional DC-DC converter, which can either charge the battery when surplus PV energy is available, or draw power from the battery when needed.
Wide MPPT Voltage Range
80–450 VDC, with PV start-up voltage at 120 VDC.
Display and Bluetooth
The inverter is equipped with a display for reading battery, inverter, and solar-charger information. These parameters can also be viewed via Bluetooth using the VictronConnect app. Additionally, the inverter includes VE.Direct and VE.Can ports for connection to a GX device for full system monitoring.

Integrated PV Disconnect Switch
Both parallel PV strings connected via MC4 connectors can be safely isolated using the large built-in switch located at the bottom of the unit.
