Fill in a valid, active e-mail adress in the E-MAIL box when placing an order / registering as a customer. This e-mail adress will be used to inform you of your order’s status and progress of delivery.

The prices are valid as long as they are posted on our website on the condition that the product is payed for all at once (not in installements).
ORDER PLACEMENT METHODS
You can order products in 4 ways:
Online by registering in our online store and putting the products in the shopping cart and following the step by jump through the on-line ordering process.
On the phone at 23940 20077 during our opening hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Via email at info@smart-cover.gr describing the full order and contact details (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, Billing and shipping address, CONTACT PHONE, METHOD OF PAYMENT AND SHIPPING) at any time of the day.
In-store pickup during our opening hours 8:30am to 4:30pm days Monday to Friday. In this case it would be advisable, for your convenience, to contact us beforehand to prepare your order.
DOWN-PAYMENTS
You can order products from our website which are available “upon order” by paying 30% of their total value in advance. In case of a change of heart -if you decide you do not wish to buy the product in the end- and through no fault of our company , half of the deposit will be returned to you. The time limit for the payment of your order is 30 calendar days from the date of arrival of the product in our company.

2. Cash on delivery by ΕΛΤΑ COURIER or ACS Courier
(Available for orders of up to 500,00€. Not available for products that are not readily available / in stock. Not available for products that are measured, priced and sold per m (meter) or per m2 instead of per pc (piece)).
3. Via credit or debit card in a secure interface provided by the NATIONAL BANK of GREECE
Visa and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards are accepted. It is also possible to pay in up to 6 installments, provided your card is a credic card and supports installments. In case it does not, the cost of your order will be charged all at once when you place the order in our e-shop.
4. Via PAYPAL
Via your paypal account, or in case you do not a have a paypal account you can use your card details.
DELIVERY METHODS
There are 3 ways to receive your order:
1. Courier Delivery (ACS, ΕΛΤΑ COURIER)
2. Delivery by transport company (only for payments via credit card, bank account or paypal).
3. By pickup from our store in Lagkadas: 1st km LAGKADA-THESSALONIKIS P.O. Box 57200.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES FOR THE SEGMENT OF DELIVERY PERFORMED BY US
The hand-over of your products to courier or transport companies happen the same day if an order is placed until 14:00 or otherwise at most the next working day, provided the prodcuts are readily available in-store in our company. For all other products reffer to the availability tag in working days. The delivery of products always happens on the customer’s responsibility* and is carried out by the partnered courier company or TRANSPORT COMPANY depending on the customer’s location. In any case, the cost of delivery is charged on the customer.
Shipments are transported on behalf of and on resposibility of the buyer and remain the property of our company up to the moment they are fully paid for by the buyer.
*It is possible to insure your product throughout its delivery only via ACS/ΕΛΤΑ Courier with a 1% additional charge on the delivery fee, provided you contact us on time.
DELIVERY TIME – WORKING DAYS IT TAKES A COURIER/TRANSPORT COMPANY TO CARRY OUT A DELIVERY
Our company is solely responsible for the time it takes to hand over the shipment to the respective courier or transport company, something that you are notified about via e-mail. No responsibility lies with our company on the final delivery time from the transport company to the customer carried out by the transport company. The latter is solely responsible for the final delivery of the shipment.
The days and times deliveries take place are Monday through Friday from 08:00 until 14:00, Saturday(only if requested and only for deliveries that can be carried out by courrier service).
Deliveries do not take place on holidays or weekends.
In case you live in a remote area, deemed difficult to access by the courier service/transport company, your order will reach the nearest courier branch/transport company office\warehouse and you will have to pick it up from there.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For any order cancellation (complete or partial) you hate to send an e-mail to info@smart-cover.gr or to call 23940 20077 to speak with a representative of smart-cover.gr . This option is available up until the moment we will inform you of the handover of your order to the courier/transport company via e-mail. After this e-mail is sent the option of order cancellation is no longer available.
It is not possible to cancel orders of products that came to our business upon the customer’s request that were not already in stock, nor is it possible to cancel orders of products that are cut into pieces/segments/lengths accorinding to the customer’s order (these are products sold per m2 or per m).
You can order products on our website that are available “upon order” by making a down oayment of 50% of their total cost. In case you change your mind, and through no fault of our business, half of the down-payment the customer made will be returned to you.
WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.
No products that weren’t in stock and came to our business upon client order, as well as products that are sold in quantities measured in m^2 or m are returned.
Returns are accepted with the requirement that:
*You contacted our e-shop the same day or the workday preceding the return via email at info@smart-cover.gr.
*The products being returned are in the same state as they were when you received them, that is to say they weren’t taken out of their packaging.
*The products are accompanied by the receipt or the invoice.

CHARGES IN CASE OF PRODUCT RETURN
In case the cause of a product’s return is Smart-Cover’s responsibility (i.e. wrong product code et cetera.), the delivery fees for the product’s return as well as the delivery fees of the second delivery are charged on SMART-COVER.
In case the cause of the product’s return lies with the client, the delivery fees are charged on the client.
In case products are sent to our company for repair or inspection, the delivery fees , for the deliveries to and from our company, are always charged on the client.
In case of product return, no refunds are available after a product is sold, instead of a refund you can acquire another available product of equal value from our e-shop.
In case the new product you select is of value lesser than the original product’s value, the balance is credited to your account and is available for future purchases.
In case the new product you select is of value greater that the original product’s value, you pay the difference.
PRODUCT INSPECTION/REPAIR
In case of a product’s return to our company with the purpose of inspection/repair the following terms apply:
For products covered by their warranty
There is no charge in case the product is still covered by its warranty.
Exempt are the cases in which the product, upon inspection, was found to be operational and without fault and the inspection was time consuming or cases in which a third-party partnered specialist/technician was required to inspect the product. In these cases there are charges ranging between 10€ and 100€ plus VAT and the client is notified.
For products not covered by a warranty
There is a minimum charge ranging between 10€ and 50€ plus VAT depending on the product. This amount is subtracted for the product’s total repair cost in case the product is repaired.
In some cases when the inspection is rapid/on-site and the problem can be easily diagnosed, there are no charges.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION/ CUSTOMER PROTECTION
1. All transactions taking place via www.smart-cover.gr are subject to European and International Law, regulating matters pertaining to e-commerce as well as subject to Law 2251/1994 on customer protecton that regulates matters related to sales. The placement of an order via our e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract subject to the legal framework of the legislation mentioned above, in the form that that legislation has been modified and active at the time the order is placed.
Eligible to conclude a valid sales contract via the e-shop are all persons with the capacity to perform legal acts according to the stipulations of the hellenic Civil Code, that is to say persons that have completed their eighteenth year of age and are not under legal custody or considered incapacitated. Order placements can also be made by the representatives of legal entities, meanwhile the company reserves the right to settle matters regarding orders placed by incapacitated persons or persons otherwise lacking the capacity to perform legal acts with their respective custodians or legal guardians.
